2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission power window switch

i have a 96 with the following problem:



the passenger window will go up and down with the controls from the driver's side.



the passenger window will not go up with the passenger switch, only down.



i pulled the assembly out. the door lock and window switch have separate connections.



i am thinking there is nothing wrong with the motor.



i pull the connector off of the switch. using a continuity check, i test the switch up and down. same results. so i am thinking there is nothing wrong with the switch.



anyone tested or tried to fix one of these? thanks.

nevermind... ... ...



i just went out and took it apart again. right down to the copper switch. bent them closer with pliers. voila... ... it works again.
