Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) Powermax3 Inop

In the 3 years Ive had this box, I've never had an issue with it until now. I have diagnosed everything I could, checked fuses, checked connections, did all TST's troubleshooting from their website. The box comes on and the boost light lights up, but no green light and no power. Im seeing if anyone has had a bad box or a problem like this before I call TST tomorrow.

Did you check to make sure you have 12volts to the box. Don't forget the 5amp fuse in the box wiring harness.
