Powerstroke article in four wheeler

I was reading an article in this months four wheeler (big Ford with flag painted on it on cover... )

and toward the back, they had a stock f250 and they did a dyno and came up with 214 RWHP and 416 torque



now they went to banks and did their "big upgrade system"

New 4" straight through exhaust

new intercooler with modified openings and design... .

Better angled intercooler pipes

Modified turbo housing and blades

a reprogramed chip for the main brain box



Annnnd I think that was it.

All that for only 80 HP and 200 torque gain



he now has 294 RWHP



I did 290 with ONLY a 4 -wire blue chip box!!!!!!!



Boy, what a waste of money for the ford for so little Gain.

I bought the same magazine, because I am looking for my next set of tires. I thought wow, maybe this be a decent article, but was disappointed in the end



With just my injectors. . according to the dyno (with COMP off) I have 345hp.

Yeah did any fords show up at may madness, I wonder what they did there? any one know? any one care? Sure glad i got my Dodge... . it looks like ford is :{ :{ :{

One showed... a lil late but dynoed at 331hp or something, nice looking truck. He also sled pulled, and I even think he mud bogged as well?

its just too bad we cant get a crew cab like the fords have. I would love to get a hold the product manager that decided to build this conventional opening door extended cab they are pawning off on us.
