Powerstrokes, they never learn!

I'm at the Car Show/Monster truck race today and run into a guy that works at the local track www.okthunder.com so I ask him, I hear you guys are going to have a diesel class with the normal shootout series and he says I really don't know so(out of character) I say yea I would like to come down and slap some powerstrokes around, his buddy chuckles at me and say I got one for you to race, so I say cool sounds like a meeting, then the original guys asks do you have anything done to yours and I reply yea... transmission, Fuel, Twin Turbo's. This is the best... . I look over at the Ford guy and his mouth is wide open... . I'm going to have allot of fun this year. I cannot get anyone to race me on the road except a gasser truck guy... that was funny!

I hear you on that, but it's like when guys on the TDR contact me about Twins and the process I have nothing to hide, for them all the good I do will come back on me... . and no not in $.



If I tell them all I have it will give me a challange..... I have the info and the guys behind it.

I agree with Shrimpy on that statement...



went looking for Uncle Ben the other night and found quite an abundance... stopped to ask who looked like the head guy if he was willing to run me. When asked what I had, I said "That" and pointed to Bullula. He said, "Oh, my parents have a Cummins... and, um, I don't have my NO2 right now, so I won't race you. " I about fell over laughing at him when he then told me he has a 12. 4 second car (without the NO2) but he wouldn't race me. I don't know what his parents drive, but he wasn't about ready to run me in the mighty Cummins! I honestly doubt he has anything over a 15 second car, cause I have run him before, and that was prior to the DD3's, and I beat him then too. Have also beat his friend with a riced-out Acura, which he claimed was faster than his. HEHEHE. I love the intimidation of the Cummins... must be the rumble of the 6 versus the bumble-bee sound of their v-4.

I've humbled a few ricerockets too. What Fun! Won a few, lost a few. It's priceless to see their expression when I blip the throttle at a red light, as if "what, race THAT?" The best part is when they see the door emblem with Cummins 24 Valve Turbo Diesel in red letters power on past them! Oo.
