2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission Powertrax ???

For the Dodge Application, I wouldn't shortcut and do a Powertrax. Get a Detroit Locker, it will withstand the abuse.

even though I've been happy with Powertrax Noslips in Jeeps, I wouldn't quite trust them in a Dodge application, especially not when it's bombed.

The reason being that a Powertrax 'just' replaces the spider gears whereas Detroits replace the whole carrier (and I've also been happy with those in my Jeeps )

But as I understand the Detroit can't be used except in real severe

offroad applications... .
