I havet the CIPA's on my '00, dad has PV on his '96. The PV's don't have any vibration but the size leaves something to be desired. My CIPA's are nice and big but the passenger side vibrates quite a bit even after being replaced. With the CIPA's extended I have a problem that most may not - I sit with the driver seat all the way back, the passenger side CIPA extends from the truck back at an angle and when in the extended position it's too far towards the rear of the truck. My wife (or other passenger) ends up blocking the mirror anytime her hands/drink/map etc are held up to read/drink. I don't believe this is a problem with the PV mirrors.

I got my CIPAs used, and never had any vibrations.

Had to replace the passenger side glass, and the customer service was nice, and very fast (over the holidays no less!).

I don't care for how the pass side is low when retracted, but it's perfect when extended, and that is when it really matters.

And man, I do love the size of them.

My 05 has the flip outs, and they are nice and all, but they are just not BIG ENOUGH.
