Prayer request

I just found out my 88 year old grandfather is going through his second bout of colon cancer. It doesn't look good. He is going in for a stint on wednesday but the docs say they may not be able to do it. If they cant they will do their best to remove the tumor. It is believed that the cancer has spread to his liver and lungs.



My 89 year old grandmother is also not doing good. She has a very weak pulse in her left foot and no pulse in her right.



Please hold my grandparents and parents in your prayers.

no, he is not a WWII vet. He had horrible eye sight since birth. He was an accountant for Boeing during the war though.

Well if he worked for Boeing then he absolutely played an integral part in the effort. Hope things have improved for them.

Harold Apol, 87 years and 51 weeks young died yesterday of cancer.

He thankfully went peacefully and painlessly in his sleep.

The cacer had spread to his liver and lungs and it was Melanoma in his colon.

Thankfully he went fast and was able to control his pain with meds.

I am also thankful that I was able to make it out there to visit him. He died 5 days after I left.



Grandma is doing good, she is taking it well and her foot is back to normal.
