Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) Pre LP filter, good idea? or not enough PSI

To any techs out there or any one, i have an idea about running a large filter before the LP to see if it cuts down on LP replacements but im holding back on the fact it may starve the pump due to not enough flow, any onw out there have any ideas on this matter?

I run a racor fuel filter with see through bowl prior to my LP which I have moved back by the tank. No problems yet, and I run on 5x5 11psi wot and 15psi at idle, and 14psi cruising. I also got rid of all my banjo's and run straight 6an fittings and hose. See reader rig pics for my set up. I welded up a mounting plate and skids to protect everything. Later.

Shucks, my fuel passes thru *3* filters BEFORE the LP, and *2* afterwards...



Yeah - I'm the cautious type!
