Bhooper, sorry I accidentally deleted your thread while moving it to the 24 valve forum but found it and reposted with my name.
Just received my TDR Buyers guide. In one spot it says the 94 to 98 12 valves have this strainer and they give location etc. Couple of pages later under another section it just says starting in 94 the Cummins engine is equipped with said strainer, gives location as same before . Both places mention it is before the fuel transfer pump. . I couldn't find it on my 98. 5 24 valve, Is that because it isn't there?
