I am looking to get a little more power to pass in our 01 auto. with the g. n. horse trailer in tow. I can't get to carried away because of the auto. so I was looking into the edge. I recalled in the past some negative feedback on the predator. The only reason I was looking at the predator was because my buddy tows very heavy and put one on his 04 and it has done everything they said it would and the price is good. I was wanting to here from someone that has one on an 01. Thanks

I have an EZ on my 01', great improvement over stock HP, gives about 60 extra ponies.

Of course now I want more:cool: So I have DonM's 1. 5's and a new turbo coming:-laf

I have an 01 with auto trans the EZ has made a big differance but I would put on gages as I keep a close watch on EX temp you can push it in some conditions.

garbage

go with bullydog or edge. you DONT want anything from dr. p :{

i had dr p. 's overpriced garbage on a 2gen less than 24 hrs. didnt have half the gain they advertised and waaaaaaaaaaaaaay overpriced and they claimed cool temps. bs. dr p. is a liar

as to preditor in a 3 gen,,,,,,, the higher rail pressures cause bad stuff to happen. and they still claim ya dont need guages even with the 100 hp pressure box while towing 15000 lbs :eek:

dont support these crooks :eek:

guarantee the bullydog box or the edge box would make ya happy and both companys are good reputable outfits :)

no matter which box ya use,,,,,,,guages are wise. but your auto shld hold with these boxes if ya dont pull with too low rpm

Thanks for the reply. The reason I asked about the Predator was because it cost a little less and gave him the result he wanted. I think I will go with the EZ seeing as how everyone seems to always get positive results. We live in central Texas and I was wondering where to have some transmission up-grades done in our area. Thanks again for the replies.
