Not neccessarily true. You have more fuel, yes, but you can get they by either increasing the pressure, or lengthening the time that the injector is open, or getting an injector with bigger holes.

no. more pressure is required -- the context of this discussion is pressure fueling boxes, not power enhancements in general. It is impossible for a pressure box to make more HP than the stock peak HP without raising pressure beyond the stock peak fuel pressure.
