Since I have a turbo heat shield, the under hood air temp is not as bad as it could be. The temps are still lower than if I was running the stock filter and box.



Just removing the short plastic piece in between the fenderwell and air cleaner will help prevent pulling in as much, or eliminate, the snow/rain water problem in the filter. Mine used to get soaked clean through with rain before switching to the BHAF.

Heh-heh, it just occurred to me as I looked at your truck description, Dean, that you've got so much stuff on it you had to eliminate spaces to get it all in. Love it!
