I looked all over for this oil:

I know some of you have mentioned it on other sites. I called Valvoline and the guy told me that NAPA had it at a great cost. I started calling and none of the stores had it so I asked where the regional distribution center was and as luck would have it they also have a store at that location (here in Portland on Lombard. ) The other NAPA centers can get it, but you must ask for VV 70518. I think NAPA has it mismarked in their computer as being a 15w-40 where it is their full synthetic 5w-40-FULLY ENDORSED by Cummins! And by the way it cost $11. 72/gallon! At Cummins NW with my Booster Club Card it was going to be over $15.
And Oh Yes it is fully certified - even to the latest CF/SL - which somehow isn't listed on the current API website.
