I'm wondering who has had any problems such as bad rail pressure relief valves, injector tips or any other fuel related issues. Been running a Quad box for a while and I used to keep it at 60hp until the rail psi. valve went. After the fix my truck seems to have more power than before at stock setting suggesting I could have had a bad/weak valve from the start. My question is if you leave the box on low/high settings all of the time and if anyone has had any adverse effects from such. After getting a new valve installed I'm a little hesistant to use my box except for the occasional kill. If you have had any issues please state what box/setting was used. I had my box on for about 2,000 mi. before the failure.

Don M posted some pictures on either DTR or NW Bombers some time ago showing what can happen to injectors when running pressure boxes. Some internal seals started leaking and the pressurized fuel had eroded some injector material away, but this was probably caused by one of the hotter boxes that crank the pressure significantly.

Thanks Vaughn I had read the same, I think I'll be ok just running around on the 60 hp setting. I'll save the 100-130 for "special occasions". ;)
