2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission Pressure differential switch hookup - ABS system

Think I have tracked my ABS problem to the connection at the combination valve where hydraulic brake lines enter after leaving the master cylinder. There is a wire connected here and mine was loose. The grayish white connector is supposed to connect to a yellow hex fitting on the combination valve. Mine was loose. It looks like the connector should snap on over the yellow piece on the valve but it doesn't fit tight and I"m thinking that maybe a piece has broken off of the yellow hex. Has anyone had this apart?
