pressure plate torque spec?

My interweb kung foo is no good today. I'm changing the clutch in my 04. 5 (NV5600). Does any know what the torqe specs are for the flywheel and pressure plate.

LOL, ayup, it's heavy! I've had mine out twice in 400,000 miles. Had plenty of clutch facing both times, but had bad release bearings. I wish you could pump grease into these things like class 8 trucks!
