Well I've had one relief valve replaced due to a pressure box and now I have another one pretty much free flowing with a duration box. I went the route of putting a bolt in place of the banjo since I won't be bumping up the pressure, but I can't get the bolt to completely seal ending up with diesel weeping through the threads. Any ideas, and if I do get a capped rail what does it entail. The bolt I put in place I shaved the end nice and smooth so as to seal, you can even see the imprint of the orifice after tightening and have added a washer under the bolt to try and seal it up to no avail. Any ideas od comments? I won't exceed the rail pressure with the duration/timing box so I'm not that concerned with capping it. Thanks, Ryan.
