does anyone know the standard fuel pressure that runs thru the injectors on a 04. 5 24 valve cummins. and the maximum pressure too reason what r safe levels of pressure and what r not. ty for any help

keep it below 27,000psi and you should be safe. .

it varies based on load, @ idle it is around 5K. PSI and WOT is around 23K. PSI.

In the eyes of Cummins,who advises D/C anything modified is bad..... stock on the 600/610's is closer to 7k @idle. The pressure will be checked with a starscan,that sees the same as the ecm.
