Offering me 25k on trade for truck in signature... . 06 mega 4x4 80k Laramie with rear entertainment package.

Deal Seems decent to me based on trade in value... .

Can I do much better or am I at the point of diminishing returns?

Also www.rambodybuilder.com says I can tow 13. 5k with this package and dealer says 13. 2k... who's right?
