My selling Dealer sent me a coupon for complete lube service for 49. 95. I asked and they said 12 quarts of Mopar 15w40 is 23. xx bucks. So that leads me to believe the Mopar Oil filter is going for somewhere between 5 and 10 bucks and that they are charging about 20 bucks labor.
has anyone else received similar coupons before?
Now dont get me wrong..... I have done plenty of oil changes in my day however for 50 bucks you dont get dirty, dont waste half of a weekend afternoon etc... . sounds pretty good to me..... Its an oil change..... I would hope a wrench monkey would be able to do that without messing it up.
lastly they have a policy for cars that says if it is not done (oil change) within 30 minutes its free..... they said that they need 45 to 60 minutes to finish a diesel... . I am thinking about trying to hold them to that and maybe come away with another free oil change. (my first two oil changes were free)
