I looked at buying used before I bought mine off the lot. I probably would have bought used if I had been a cash buyer, but with the interest rates as they are I figured I would have paid as much for a used truck by the end of the loan. I don't know if the market is flooded, or nothing much is moving on the lots, but it's tough to compete with the factory interest rates.

I checked the value of your truck on Edmunds.com and their True Market Value, private party selling price, with the factory options on your truck, is a little over $25,000. Retail TMV is little over $28K. This DOES NOT take into account all the after market goodies you added. I personally feel you are asking a very fair price. jponder has a reg. cab, trim level and options were not listed, options can quickly add $5000 or more to a truck. I have a '96 (see signature) and if someone offered me $30000 for my truck I would laugh and tell them to take a hike. I personally would not take less than $35,000 for my truck. Even at that I probably wouldn't sell. I just have too much $$$ invested and like my truck too much. The custom aluminum flatbed dump and tool boxes cost me $10K by itself.
