Private Messaging Issue

Whenever I try to send a private message it keeps erroring out saying that I need to complete both the subject and message area before I can send. I type text in both areas but it appears that when I hit "send message" or "preview message" it deletes whatever I have typed in to the message area. Any ideas? I am using Mozilla Firefox 1. 0 but seem to have the same problem using IE 6. 0... .

It's a bug in the wysiwyg editor that I am trying to find a fix for. Go to your user control panel and then edit options on the left, scroll down and change your editor to any of the editors other than the wysiwyg editor and it will work fine.

Any clue when the wysiwyg editor will be fixed?

Not sure, I'm keeping my eyes open for fixes but none has been forthcoming as of yet. I could just disable the WYSIWYG editor completely but I think I'd get complaints on that.
