Has any one used Pro Comp tires? They show a 33/12. 5R/17 in an All Terrain. It is rated high in several off road magazine articles. I have used the BF Goodrich AT/KO's on an older Ford F-350 gasser but I am looking for replacement tires for my 03 CTD QC 4X4 6spd with 3. 73 3/4 ton. BFG offers a 285/70R/17 that is also under consideration. I don't want to go any bigger. Thanks in advance.

RRiffe,

I have several friends that are running all different series of Pro Comp Tires with real good luck. I f you have any specific questions just PM me.

I have 285' s pro comp AT's on my truck and so far I'm not impressed. I have 16,000mi all highway and there down to 8/32" thats over half the tread gone and they are suposse to last 50,000mi! May be other people have had bet luck, but my are wearing real quick.

Pro Comps

They have a 50,000 mile warranty of some sort. I have the 35's, I am on my second set at 30,000 due to smokin show and tell. This second set should do much better, hopefully less burnouts in the future. Also I was told by the local tire company that they are one of the best balancing tire of its size.
