I'm thinking of upgrading my tires to the Pro Comp All Terrains and am wondering if the tires will fit my factory wheels? I'm looking at the 33/12. 50R17 or the 35/12. 50R17.

As usual I wait for your replies.

Thanks

Hey Missy,

I just got the Kore chase system and put on 17x35 pro comp AT's on my stock wheels. I don't know if you'll have the same problem b/c I have the kit, but I do get a bit of rubbing on the control arms about 1/4 turn away from wheel lock. I've already gotten away from turing the tires that much, as you don't really need to unless you're parking. I think its because they have such a fat side wall, as from what I've heard the Toyo's won't rub at wheel lock. However, even though they rub, I'd never go with a different tire! If you want to see some pics with them on let me know and I'll send em to ya.

Don't have em yet :( just got the kit the other day I'll take some tomorrow and get em up either tomorrow night or wensday morning! I'll try and get one at full lock to show how much they rub too.

yes they will fit,yes they will ub before you reach lock on the column. the 33's are very low rating pounds wise@around 2600 each, where as the 35's have 3000 #each. the pro comp at tires are made by cooper tire. personally I like the cooper tread better, keeps itself much cleaner.

I just put a set of Cooper Discoverer S/T 35X12. 50X17 on my factory rims. No lift at first, slight rubbing at full lock steering. Put a two inch leveling kit in couple days ago, and it just BARELY rubs now. Pics in my gallery if you want to see them, don't have pics after I put the leveling kit in though, just stock suspension.
