Guy here at work is replacing a wiring harness on a 99 after a critter of some sort chewed all the way thru the main bundle coming out of the ECM. He has everything hooked up now but the truck won't fire. He said he ran the codes and nothing showed up. He then checked for fuel pressure at the filter and had some there but said he cracked an injector line and it doesn't look like he's getting any fuel there.

Do you think when the critter chewed thru the wires he shorted something out in the injector pump? The truck ran fine before.

He's at a total loss at his point.

Fuses

Most likely the fuse for the Injection pump in the PDC is blown!

I think it's the fuse #3. Open the PDC it's the most left line of fuses. Check 'em all... .
