Problem I've noticed with the `03s

Our 03 is unpainted aluminum... looks good. I have black fiberglass screen covering the front as bug screen. Funny they painted some and left others.

One thing that can be done that will also enhance the performance of the cooling system (condenser, charge air cooler and radiators) is to install the rubber baffle from an '06 truck.



I got mine from the local Dodge dealer for approx $15 and it installs very easily. You have to drill 2ea 1/4" holes for the X-mas tree fasteners that come with it, but the other two holes are already in the '03's.



This will hide the paint flaking issue and will also improve your performance.
