I had my computer reflashed and it definatley helped. Very rarely will it stall on me now, more likely when it is hot outside and truck is hot. It still does stumble at little when put into gear, but I can live with it.
All good suggestions but they didn't work out for me. I had the flash done several months ago but it made no changes to the stalling. I had to learn to start the truck differently though - if I push the pedal while starting it I get a "double-tap" of fuel.
I have always been conservative about shifting in and out of gear but the problem is still there. It happens more when it is very hot outside. I have the FASS system installed and it provides a constant 16lb of fuel pressure.
I even removed my stage 2 injectors and went back to the 275's and the problem did seem to go away for a little while but it's back again.
I'm not putting up codes except for the 1740 that I get because of my DTT converter and VB with my California ECM. That's a known problem.
I haven't decided where to go from here. My truck is over at JT Diesel right now for a 100K valve adjustment and he's installing an exhaust brake w/controller plus changing out my fan clutch. He'll try to troubleshoot the problem for me.
