I tried installing my new Jammer turbo yesterday and the thing won't fit. The oil return line does not line up and hits the compressor. Also the oil supply line doesn't work either. My stock HY has a threaded fitting to attach the oil supply, this Jammer has a large hole on top but it is not threaded and has two small threaded holes beside it. Has anyone intalled one of these before? Did I get the wrong turbo? Any suggestions? Thanks

I just installed a Jammer on my 99. I had problems with the oil return line hitting my wastegate. I different tube from Cummins solved the problem. No Issues at all with the compressor housing. Are you sure the turbo is clocked right?? I had to reclock mine. Very simple.

The Jammer should have come with an aluminum adapter that is bolted to the top with 2 allens. Then your supply line fitting with the o-ring on the bottom screws into the adapter. Adapter needs to be turned the right way to accept the o-ring. The supply line then screws into the fitting as it does on your old turbo. I'm assuming that the HY turbo is the same here as my HX.

Thanks, I think they forgot to send the adapter. I figured out the return, now I just need the adapter and I will be good to go. Problem solved.

Here's a pic of the adapter I was talking about.

Let me know what you think of your Jammer. I see you have a drag comp and Mach 3's. I'm curious.

Not sure about the return line. I had an HX on and the return line with it wouldn't work. I had to go to cummins and get a different line.

The adapter and two allen headed bolts will be in their own plastic bag, maybe wrapped up in some of the packaging paper somewhere (hope you didn't already throw all that out).

We have had a Jammer on a 96, 99, 2001 and 2003, but I can't say for sure it's been on an auto 2001... that might be the issue. What did you have to do with the return line. I'll have to ask Lewis on Monday.

The HY and the HX use different oil return lines. I suspect that the Jammer uses the HX return line.

I dont think so :(

I've gone from a HY to HX to PDR HX to Dodgezilla all with the stock return line.

so :)

I still have all my packaging and I do not see the adapter anywhere. Believe me, I wish I did because I would love to try this thing out. Hopefully you guys could send me one ASAP.
