Problem with spell checker

In teh past 2 days this has happened twice:



I've used the spell checker, got to the end, and Oh Oh - no message left at all - it was like starting a brand new message - I lost everything. Has anybody else had that happen?

That's a known bug, I talked about it in the spell check announcement thread. We discovered it within a couple of days of putting the spell check online. It happens on longer posts. I have let the author of it know and I hope he will come up with a fix soon.



One way you can make sure you don't lose what you've typed is to go to the file menu and click on new -> window . That will bring up another window with everything you typed in it, then you can run the spell check on either one and if it erases what you typed you can go to the other window and spell check it by hand or just submit it.
