Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) Problems calling Goerend?

Anybody experience difficulties contacting goerand bros. lately??? Just wondering. Been trying to call them last 2 days and can't reach them... I've tried leaving messages, and email. But have yet to speak to someone.

never had but one , I rung the main shaft and first drum last year. he sent me a torque convertor within 2 days.

Im one of Daves neighbors and I will tell you that he is always swamped with customers and phone calls but rest assured if you leave him a mssg then he will return the call. Dave is the only person who answers the phone in his shop. We have been getting hit hard with lots of snow lately so he may be busy moving it. He doesnt take much time off either but he may be taking some days off now and riding snowmobile. If you have an urgent question or issue just leave that in your mssg. Hope this helps you, Chris

Nothing urgent just need to talk to someone about getting a new transmission. I want to get it done in March so figured I should make an appt. Also need to talk about what all I'm going to need... . Just thought that it was odd that I can't reach anybody the last few days.

I talked to Dave about a week ago and he actually called me from his house after he got home from work. It was almost 10:00 Ohio time. He appologized for the late call and said that he is just hammered with work right now. His knowledge is worth the wait for sure.

Im not sure if he rides because we only get enough snow to ride on about once in ten years. Right now we have enough. You wouldnt believe the people you will meet on the trails when we have enough snow.
