Problems with ETR Diesel ?

I bought some Harlan Sharp roller rockers for my 1998 1500 from a company that advertised heavy on a gasser site. AFTER I ordered them I get P. M. after P. M. warning me of the company I was doing business with. Would have been nice to have been told BEFORE I ordered them. Sure enough they turned to do do. Worse vendor I've ever deldt with. After 3 weeks of no one answering the phone and if they did answer the OH they ship tomorrow story over and over. I cancelled my Master Charge on them(first ever I've had to do this) and ordered through Harlan Sharpe and had them in 24 hours. Then they tried to chargea $85. 00 restocking fee on parts THEY didn't have. Credit card folks said WE don't play that game and denied them that also. Just wish all the folks that P. M. me had said something earlier about them.

I ordered a Sp Diesel chip from them for my 06 and they told me they were averaging 4 to 5 mpg with it. I got it and it made my miliage worse and just gave me alot of black smoke. I sent it back and it took me 3 months to get my card credited and then they didn't reimburse my shipping. I won't deal with them again.

This is a "forum" but apparently we cannot discuss negative experiences with performance equipment here, or businesses with which we are unhappy! Only positive and happy stuff is allowed!!
