Propane and NOS user's

OK here is my question for all of you who have run propane, NOS or both. How much HP is each worth and which is better? Now I know the last part is subject to opinion but lets hear it anyway.



I would like to install a system on my truck but not really sure which way to go..... I have heard that propane can be worth up to 200 HP (but also heard about detonation problems). Now as for NOS I have heard 100-150 HP increase, but it is expensive to set up and operate. So any light that you can share will help in my decision.
