Proper Batteries

This memo is directed to any Ram mechanics who can give me a solid answer as to what the proper battery is for my 2015 ram 3500 6.7 diesel. I had read about 2014 trucks coming off the assembly line with the wrong batteries in them. I have batteries that show as 730 CCA on the labeling. Any part # available ?? Thanx Roger

No one has answered in 12 hours. You could find out your answer by calling your local Ram parts department in a matter of minutes. Just a thought.

The correct battery will have one of these parts numbers: BA00L5858W (Canada only) or BBAH880AA (all other vehicles).
This bulletin applies to vehicles built on or after March 13, 2014 on or before June 21, 2014 equipped with diesel engine
