Proper Torque for bolts??

I am wondering what the proper torque is for the head bolts. Thanks

Its Torque Plus angle. The final Torque is listed in my Cummins Shop manual Page 2-15 (under cylinder head installation) as 89 foot pounds PLus a final 90 degree turn. Also the cap screws can be reused if they dont exceed the free length measurement. And there is a cummins gauge for free length measurement. All spelled out in the shop manual.
