Copper/Brass has better heat transfer quality then Aluminum, that one would have to be a little bigger for the same cooling efficiency.
Learned that the hard way on my ol Grand Cherokee.
 
Copper/brass does have better heat transfer capabilities than aluminum, but it's the solder used in the copper/brass rads that reduce their efficiency compared to an equivalent TIG'd large tube aluminum rad.

That Spectra is decent, but lately, they're made in Thailand with copper that's less than optimal.

May not make much of a difference; however, I prefer to have OEM tanks recored with high purity domestic copper at my local rad shop.
