Protection group after purchase

I have found a DEE (NV5600) Oo. 6spd transmission in a new truck just the way I want it only it doesn't have the mainly I would like the tow hooks as my skid pan has been off my Ford for years I really don't go offroad

Tow Hooks

Transfer Case Skid Plate Shield



Question can I get these items added with no big problems I have heard that for the Folding Flat Load Floor which is a couple hundred dollar option costs about 1400 dollars after the fact.
