Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) PS Pump

I'm trying to change the seal in my vacume pump wich seems easy enough.

But whats the trick to getting the line off the ps pump?

I cant get to it with anything!

I'm assuming its a 17mm or 18mm wrench?

Top or bottom I cant reach it.



Any suggestions?
