Spotted this today. An investor is questioning weather PSA and FCA is worthy of a 50/50 merger. The issue seems to be FCA’s situation and that it’s worse than PSA’s picture.
As a side note, I just attended an ASE webinar on vehicle electrification. There was a table of ZEV that are existing, and forthcoming. Nowhere was anything from FCA. I really love Hellcats and Scat Paks and Maserati SUV’s are impressive but FCA needs to balance their sheet a bit.

FCA doesn't really have much to offered at present Ram trucks and Jeeps seem to be caring the load, the merger is lop sided, pretty slim.

It a shame that all of us in TDR land don’t have the resources to buy Chrysler out from under Fiat. Just think how awesome our collective minds could make the company. .... And stop the stupidity.
Hey Mr Patton want to make Chrysler Great again?
Imagine a Harley Davidson type rebirth? The time when the employees and namesake bought back HD from AMF?

Does this logo make you think of automobiles?

Sorry if this is a repeat. I just stumbled into a youtube video that discusses the merger between Fiat Chrysler Fiat and PSA..
The video was released Nov 2. It's 13 minutes long business discussion about the overlaps and offerings that each of the partners will bring to the new conglomeration.
HQ will be based in the Netherlands and will be called Stellantis when all is signed in Early 2021. No real information about the future of RAM pick-ups, just some about their cargo vans. That's 13 minutes of my life I won't get back...

With its motorcycle sales dealt a blow by the pandemic, Harley-Davidson Inc. ... Motorcycles and related products revenue fell 53% year-over-year to $669 million. Harley's share of the U.S. heavyweight bike market was 38.5%, down 8 percentage points from a year earlier and off significantly from previous years.Jul 28, 2020

Harley-Davidson reports $92 million loss in recent fiscal quarter

I'll let others do the math on percentages:
  • FCA and Groupe PSA expect to complete the combination on January 16, 2021
  • After the completion of the transaction, Groupe PSA shareholders will receive 1.742 shares of Stellantis for each PSA share, while FCA shareholders will receive 1 share of Stellantis for each FCA share
