I installed a PSC steering box a month ago and it still sounds like it has air in the system. The old box made no noise but was loose at the selector shaft and thats why it was replaced. I used fleetrite powersteering fluid with the new box. Does anybody have any idea how to stop the noise. The fluid level is at the full mark but the noise sounds like the power steering pump is cavatating and low on fluid. HELP!

mine is the exact same way. I have had mine on for about 4 months and it started doing about 2 months ago. I am going to call him and find out what is wrong with the setup.

jack the front end up and get the tires off the ground--with truck off turn the steering wheel back and forth lock to lock--then after about 20 times check level--now repeat process with truck running--check fluid level--keep doing this until you see no more bubbles-but check level after 20 cycles-you will need a friend to help--but I guess you could do this until the noise stops if you have no friends---chris

Alright Chris I'll give it a try and if I still have problems then I'll bug the guy's at PSC. GMac let me know what you here from them. Thanks guy's.

i have had my truck torn down and haven't even thought about the steering problem. DWitcher, did you find out anything?
