I thought so. We had a Nomad. We lost it in a wreck last June. It was a 2980. What model did you have? Does the pooch still ride in the back of the truck? That picture is way to cool. Oo.

John it is a 2980, had a rear big bath, large slide, but that thang pulled like a sled, it seemed to pull a lot harder than the new fver. we pulled that TT to Atlanta twice and took our son to see the Brave's play ball we are Braves fans. Harv

We like the Braves as well. I want to get to a game this year. I enjoyed my TT, it was the first for us. I liked the rear bedroom door. I liked having two doors as well. We were going to trade the Nomad in on a Montana sometime in 2004 until the wreck changed all of that. The Montana kind of fell out of the sky for us and we'll actually save money over the long haul, by having things work out the way they did. I wouldn't advise wrecking your stuff as a means toward upgrading and saving money, but it ended up working out well for us. Something good out of something bad. I would be hard pressed to complain about that. What year was the trailer? Mine was a 99. We got it a couple of weeks after purchasing the truck.



I got a bit of a lump in my throat reading this thread. We had alot of traveling fun in that Nomad. It would have been nice for it to have given another family good memories. If you want to see a Nomad after a wreck, check this thread out.

Man what a mess:{ Im sure glad all came out for you'll. We didn't wreck our's to upgrade, but mother nature did it for us. It came one of those west Texas Hail storm's one afternoon, we had been in SanAngelo and had it in the drive unloading it, before I could get it back in the shed 9800. 00 in damage's the RV dealer made me a deal that was to sweet, so we upgraded, But like you we miss the Nomad Lot's of good memories. It was a 97 model.
