How to hook up FP gauge with a FASS?

4 bt's what are better models years

Who makes acceriories for the PTO points on the transmissions. In particular a PTO driven generator and PTO driven winch?

Thanks for taking time to read this. :)

Mundgyver, I got no clue on who makes that stuff, but it sounds cool if sombody does. My question to you is do you like that amsoil and the remote bypass filter? I talked to a represenative in tulsa about it. Sounds like it's good stuff, I would just like an independant testamonial. Thanks

I have been using Amsoil in the truck since it had 1,500 turns on it. The bypass filter are very good. I have since replaced them with a Spinner II which is a centrfugal filter that will filter down to . 5 microns. It is cleanable with no filter elements to buy. Look at this web site -

Amsoil has allowed me to tow over some very steep grades at a GVW of 23,000 lbs. I have seen the oil temp top 240 deg F. The nice thing about Amsoil is I have never had any coaking problems.

Guess I need to update my signature

Eaton makes PTO's and you hook whatever you want to them with a driveline. I don't know anything about running a generator off it though, you may need to run it off the transfercase pto to get the RPM up. Jake

Your best bet is to run a hydraulic pump off the pto, and then look into hydraulic generators, winches, etc. That's the way most people get use out of the pto.

I've looked into it. I even contacted New Venture and asked them where I might get PTO accessories. They suggested Muncie Power Products or Chelsea Products. Unfortunately, I'd pretty much have to win the lottery to afford any of these items.

Mundgyver, I tried the oiltech site that you mentioned, and it says it cannot be found. Can you see if it is correct ?Thanx

Muncie is the top manufacurer of PTO's in this country. They have several options for our trans. I looked into driving an air compressor off one but I didn't have room, would have had to been a hydraulic unit as mentioned above.
