Does any body have a truck with a PTO with or without a direct mounted hydraulic pump? My '92 has a Hydra-dec on it with an engine mounted hydraulic pump. PH -5 Muncie with an electro magnetic clutch. It is run with a couple Ax50 belts. The belts slip when the pressure created by the pump gets to a certain level. I have tried new belts and a new pulley on the clutch but it still slips. I was thinking a pto mounted hydraulic pump might be the answer. Since my truck is 4x4 it has to be mounted on the drivers side. I was hoping to find a used unit but, I would have to get one off of a '94 and up 2wd most likely. A 2wd truck is awful hard to find let alone one at a wrecker with a pto and NV4500.

Any help would be appreciated. The system worked fine when I got the truck this spring but this fall started to give me grief.

Maybe check with Deo, (therabbittree), I think he has a PTO pump setup on his truck. I know he bought one for his G56, but I think he has one on his 1st gen already.
