Pulled Over In Fort Collins Again

Man This Is Outta Hand I've Been Pulled Over Now On College Drive 3 Times In The Last 2 Months. Luckily I Got Only Warnings Of Amatuer Exhibition, But It's A Twelve Point Ticket Instant Revocation. Every Time They Have Been Cool And Let Me Out Off With A Warning But I Know My Chances Have To Be Running Out Soon. What's Funny Was He Didn't Say Anything About Excessive Exhaust Only Excessive Speed

where and who pulled you over fcpd, lcsd,or csp. I live on the south end (trilby/287) and very rarely see the police radar traps. Just the csp on the stretch from carpentor road south to 56th street loveland.

the last time I got pulled over I was on my v-max doing 55/60 on collage ave. fcpd pulled me over said speed limit was 40, I said if i went 40 I'd get run over! let me go with a warning.

yeah i used to live on skyway there behind the old hickory house and from there south would be a lot of hp's on the weekends but i never had any problems then of course that's when i had the hemi. (no wonder i was never pulled over). The funny thing is that after he let me go i went to drive away and i was caught on the curb so i had to hit the throttle a bit and i looked up and saw this black smoke rise up behind me i was thinking damn now he's gonna pull me over again. So i crawled out of there and much to my surprise he didn't do anything. that would really suck to pay for a truck like this and put in the cash that i have and then not even be able to drive the damn thing

not to be a smart a** but i would think after the first time you would watch your driving a little closer. would a radar detector help. then again it sounds like you can talk your way out af a ticket pretty well so more power to ya.

I was going to post on this yesterday but thought I was confused. Let me see if I'm understanding... your speeding and getting tired of getting pulled over? Sounds to me you can drive your truck all you want, you just dont want to drive it in the limits of the law, which would be your problem not the police. I'm not harpin on ya, I'm just wondering if this is what I'm reading.

yeah on the weekend on any given night in ftc they have at least 10 cops on college they havne't clocked me speeding i have a passport 8500 it works good every time they have caught me it's just because they see me and i guess they can tell i'm speeding but in all honesty i really don't speed that much i try to accellerate to the limit and then maybe 5 over sometimes 10 but they said this was amatuer exhibition racing and threaten to yank the license every time. I wasn't racing though that's the thing. He said i was and i tried to be polite why defending my situation and asked him how fast i was going he couldn't answer. Then i proceeded to ask with whom i was allegedly racing and why weren't they stopped. Couldn't answer that either. However he let me off with another verbal so i can't complain just gotta tone it down a bit

it's funny u say that i talk my way out of a ticket because i read 2 books on the subject and i thought the pointers seemed somewhat silly that they gave but i guess they work or have worked for me just fine so far but i'm on thin ice and summers around the corner
