2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission pulling right

I have a 97 4x4 1ton dually,i put all new ft end parts, brake pads, calipers, rotors, rubber line to caliper, shocks, new ft tires and alignment and it still pulls right a little. now it starting to wear on the outside edge of the tread. Could it be the steering gear.

Is your truck a 4X4?

If it is, it could be the sway bar pulling it. on mine it was loading RF tire-transfering weight- and disconnected it is better.

You unhooked the sway bar ? Like took it off ?
