Pullrite question

One more question... .

The Pullrite hitch I ordered is finally here, and I was wondering,

do I have to modify the tailpipe and/or the tailpipe hanger to put the hitch on the frame?????????

I already know I'm going to lose the spare, but is that all the

mods I am going to have to do?

Yes. First find a shop that will do the mod. Then go home cut the tailpipe "per instructions", mount the hitch and take it back to the muffler shop and have them weld a section in line with the old tailpipe so that the hitch "just swings" over the tailpipe when it moves from side to side. My local muffler shop charged me $40 for this service. If you need any pointers on mounting the hitch drop me a line.
