Have had severely pulsating front brakes for quite a while. Installed new rotors and pads. Still had some slight pulsating. Read a post that said to confirm if the issue was an ABS problem to unplug the ABS relays under the hood and test drive. (The light had not been previously on. I do have 4WD and 4 wheel ABS) They still pulsed. After replacing the relays the ABS light remains on. How do I get it to turn off and where should I look next to ferret out the pulse.

I only have RW ABS, so I'm sure there is a difference. Have you checked the FSM for troubleshooting procedures?

Pulsating of the brake pedal can be caused by rotors, out of round brake drums, loose wheel bearings or calipers and worn, damaged tires. I check the drums, bearings and calipers. (From 96 FSM).

It wouldn't be the first time I purchased warped rotors. I cannot get my abs light off either. Rear abs only truck. Keep us posted.
