Pump it up!

Hey, guys. I'm new to the TDR so please exuse my green-ness. I've got an intercooled '91 3/4 ton 4X4 5-speed and love it. It's my dream truck and I'd rather drive it than a... say Ferrari... whatever. Love my truck. My question is: Is there anywhere in the TDR forum or elsewhere that has a comprehensive procedure for tuning our VE pump? There's a lot in here about it, but it doesn't seem to be all together where a guy like me can acually take something to the garage and start tinkerin'. Has anyone put something like this together or is there some kind of shop manual for the pump and fuel system itself?
