Good day all. I was wondering what is the fuel pressure on your FASS.

Mine is 15psi and 12. 5psi at WOT.



Is that good or bad psi for the FASS?

thats the pressure im seeing on mine. I believe the pressure is adjustable by the relief spring in the return port.

My fass 150 is 16. 5 psi @ idle & 11 psi. @ wot. but that is with 1/2" lines from front to back. With 3/8" lines you would probably get more pressure.

95GPH 13 PSI Idle 1. 5PSI drop WOT +-. 5 PSI

150GPH 14 PSI Idle 1. 5 PSI drop WOT +-. 5 PSI



After the fuel warms up... i loose about 0. 5 PSI.

This is from my personal 2001 Dodge with my Pricol FP gauge, no isolator.

I get 20psi at idle and almost no drop in pressure and this worries me thinking the pressure gauge is not working properly. but at startup it raises normally and the other day with very low fuel level it bounced back to 15psi on take off probubly cavitated.



Only maybe 1psi drop at WOT with all mods.

Sounds normal to me... ... . you may have the older PS-1002 spring in your unit... . it ran about 19-21 PSI... ... .
