Ok guys, I did a pretty standard rebuild on my pump. No major hickups. 366 spring ground the pin. All back together no extra parts.

I have the higher pressure piston lift pump, So I swaped my fuel lines to 6an braided lines and an adjustable regulator. I have the regulator at 15 psi. This is no race truck just a quick work truck.

I bled the lines for about 20 minutes. Still not getting good fuel on all injectors. Do you think I am sucking air. Or do you think I screwed the rebuild up.

was it a working pump before the rebuild? or did it have issues? broken plunger return spring? i rebuilt one that had a broken return spring and it would try to fire but kept getting air into the lines, from where i dont know, but i found out the bad spring caused the plunger to wear the bore crooked and wouldnt let it build pressure to fire the injectors. hope this isn't your problem as i needed a new head on that pump.
