I installed the drag comp but there is no difference between 2x5 and 5x5. So it's only acting as an EZ. We soldered the wire and have a very good connection. We all agreed that the wire we tapped was the one closest to the block. Does anyone know whats up? Could the box be messed up? Could I have the wrong wire? I'm going to call Chris at relentless tomorrow and see what up. Just wanted to see what yall thought. Thanks

Eric

TO see if the comp is tapped right Put it in 5x5 and at a dead stop floor it if you see no smoke your not tapped if you see smoke then stop turn the box off and repeat if no smoke then you can be sure its tapped right ... if no smoke what so ever ensure the connection and I beleave its the inside wire like you said but it can be tricky because its also the top wire and it loops a wierd way that would make it appear not to be the inside wire... ... if its right EDGE has the #1 customer service in the diesel world and they will send you another box just to try it if the new one works you just return your old one dont FREAK like I did its going to be OK

5 SPeed that will explain it ... ... LOL

My O2 is auto so I never smoked at stock

But even with a standard you should see a MAJOR increase in BLACK SMOKE IF not then Do the READNECK TEAST I TRIED TO EXPLAIN

My BOX was fine but I used the JUNK TAPPER and it throw my truck for loops thorwing codes and running like crap you did the best thing bu sodering the wire ... . GOOD GOING !!

DM

Also My box is not the drag so the RED NECK TEST should make it very noticable as it keeps fueling past the "" SAFE POINT""

Call Edge 888 360 edge they will take care of you if it is not the tap or the box you could have a lazy injection pump rarely is that the case but I have seen it happen before.
